Darmera peltata "Nana"

Shorter than its fellow, Darmera peltata, “Nana” is more suited to the smaller garden or the front of a wet border. It makes an attractive carpet effect with round scallop-edged, bronze-tinted leaves whose colour intensifies to reddish tints in full sun and retentive soil. This dwarf form only grows to an average height of 12” and is a great solution for damp soils, river banks or pond edges. The pale pink star-shaped flowers emerge first in Spring followed by the large umbrella-like foliage. The leaves turn crimson in the Autumn
